I value establishing strong rapport with my clients to ensure a collaborative and effective coaching partnership. I am privileged to work with a diverse roster of professionals including Chief Executive Officers, Entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives,  and functional leaders. The common thread linking this diverse roster is ambition, curiosity and the courage to embrace change. Each of my clients seek purposeful transformation and accept the vulnerability associated with learning new skills in pursuit of their professional growth.

My Approach

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I uphold the ethical standards and practices set forth by this esteemed professional Institution.

My coaching approach fosters transformative learning that enhances self-awareness and stimulates personal growth by exploring new thought processes, behaviors, and constructive feedback. Initial coaching sessions involve personalized assessments and exercises to provide valuable insights into each client’s attitudes, behaviors and self-awareness. When available, we also incorporate feedback from 360 assessments and other diagnostic tools provided by the client’s company.

Our Work Together

To ensure a solid foundation for meaningful change, I require a minimum six-month commitment. All clients sign a Coaching Agreement outlining the specific activities of the coaching engagement, and include a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if desired. The monthly retainer for my coaching service will be determined with each client during our initial session.
